Think Aleppian influence, French technique and Japanese ingredients; Orfali Bros Bistro is the epitome of modern Dubai cuisine.  Signature dishes include the ‘Umami Éclair’ boasting porcini emulsion, mushroom marmite and beef prosciutto, the ‘Corn Bomb’ which expertly showcases corn and 36-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano as well as the ‘OB croquettes’ featuring celeriac, 18-month aged Comté Cheese and truffle mayonnaise. Not to be missed, is the beautiful and fresh Hokkaido sea scallop dish served in a Shio Koji brown butter sauce with chives, fermented grapes and caviar. Recent additions to the menu include the ‘Ooh la la’; a deliciously decadent bite featuring foie gras, hazelnut, quince vinegar and miso. The sweet-treat offering showcases an array of truly exquisite desserts; personal favourites include the ‘Tarte Tatin’ and ‘Vanilla Madness’. Non-alcoholic drinks have long been crafted in the experimental playground, Orfali Bros Lab. The tasting menu drink pairings are nothing short of remarkable and Orfali Bros Bistro’s non-alcoholic drinks are currently, arguably, one of the world’s best. Look forward to inventive juice pairings – embracing cultural fermentation techniques – such as sparkling cider, raspberry and sumac tepache, smoked sour cherry kombucha and Japanese spritz, to name a few.
