Mauro’s Table is the brand-new addition to London’s fine dining culinary scene. The restaurant is located in the newly established luxurious Raffles London at The OWO Hotel. Raffles London is located in what was the Old War Office building, known today as The OWO. Located in the heart of Whitehall, it has been meticulously restored and is now home to Raffles London at The OWO. Both the hotel and Mauro’s Table will be opened to the public on the 29^th of September. The restaurant is at the helm of talented Chef Mauro Colagreco of renowned three Michelin star Restaurant Mirazur in France.

I was fortunate enough to dine at Mauro’s Table during a private event and experience the menu for myself. The menu showcases contemporary Mediterranean cuisine whilst incorporating local fresh British produce. Each course pays homage to the focal ingredient with dishes highlighting elements such as cucumber, radish, leek, beetroot and carrot. Mauro’s Table, of course, offers a distinguished wine menu and the knowledgeable sommelier recommended relevant pairings for each of the courses – these were outstanding. The food is absolutely phenomenal and, naturally, the service is impeccable. Londoners are certainly in for a treat as both Raffles London at The OWO and Mauro’s Table are destined for success.
